"The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful "

"The best place to stay in San Gil : really friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area with really good cocktails, games and a ping pong. They kept our stuff for us after we checked out so we could do all the things we had planned. I would stay there again if i ever come back!"

"This was a good comfortable stay. The place was very clean, including the bedroom and bathroom. The only drawback, if I had known they didn’t have hot water to shower I would’ve stayed somewhere else. But it was in a good neighborhood and quiet at night. Overall good stay. "

"We arrived at 2am and the host still greeted us with a smile and got us checked in and to our room quickly. The property is on a quiet street but literally around the corner from the main square, shops and restaurants and is modern, well maintained and the cleanest we have had in Colombia. The breakfast is delicious and good value and we were always offered tea & coffee throughout the day. All the staff were cheerful, really helpful and friendly.
