"My stay at the Cove is always pleasant, and I generally enjoy visiting the property. The only issue I experienced during this stay was that the pool maintenance closure was not disclosed on the Hotels.com website prior to booking my room. This was disappointing, as access to the pool was one of the amenities my family and I were looking forward to enjoying. Additionally, the room we were assigned did not have any ocean view whatsoever. While I was disappointed by this, I understand that there were no other available rooms to which we could be relocated. Overall, the staff was courteous, and the stay was enjoyable, but I believe guests should be informed in advance of any major amenity closures and room view limitations so they can make informed booking decisions."

"We got moved 3 times till the room was up to par. The rooms do look dated and the valet took forever to get our car because they brought to the wrong location first then they grabbed the wrong car and finally about 45 mins later we got our car. So that experience was crappy. But the bell guy Scott was a trooper in helping us move 3 times and very friendly."

"Was extremely rushed by valet parking. Accompany during the parking, just wanted to get you to commit to valet as soon as possible.... Can't even check in first. Unacceptable way to do this. ... Also when we first arrived.. My wife of thirty two years went into check us in.... And they made me come in. Has never happened in thirty two years.... Probably won't return to this hotel even though it was beautiful. The manager was supposed to call me to discuss my problems.Never did! They obviously don't care."
