"We were checked in by Tong and he provided us with a wonderful room and made the check in so pleasant. The breakfast is amazing and staff is so accommodating at breakfast. Front desk manager Hero was really helpful in helping us change rooms and we were so grateful for his efforts in this. This hotel is wonderful. "

"Room was nice, breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and started at 6AM which was great for jet lagged people. My room was on the 2nd floor so there was a bit of outdoor noise. The location was OK, 15-20min walk to nearest public transport, not too many attractions nearby. There is a shuttle that runs to the BTS"
