"Abbiamo alloggiato per sei notti in questa bella casa d'epoca, appena fuori dal centro storico. La stanza era grande, così come il bagno, che però era poco accessoriato. Al nostro ingresso gli ambienti erano puliti, ma visto che la colazione si consumava in camera, non sarebbe stato male ricevere una pulizia a metà settimana... stessa cosa per un cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani, visto anche il gran caldo del periodo... "Avevo prenotato 2 camere presso Casa Pascucci che veniva presentata dalle foto come una residenza d'epoca con un certo charme. Siamo viceversa finiti in una struttura in via Botte. Si tratta di decorose e moderne camere senza alcun fascino, con a fianco case non propriamente di bell'aspetto e con gruppo di condizionatori rumorosi. Pur apprezzando la gentilezza del personale e la pulizia lamento la totale mancanza di chiarezza dell'offerta."

"We had a good overall experience at this B&B. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety, and parking was easy and convenient. Just a note—there’s no pool or tennis court on site. They do have a partnership with the local sports centre, but you’ll need to drive there as well as to most places in the area. "Great hotel fantastic location (other than it’s behind the main road but one cobble stone road away). St. Peter’s Festival was happening the night we stopped, so the main road was shut down as pedestrian and it was fantastic! The hotel beds were so great compared to others we’ve visited. Only one complaint, the air conditioner….if you can call it that, it didn’t work much at all and as the place is nice and eco friendly (which we do like) it could not be kept on in order to keep it any sort of...

"La villa est bien située, au calme des rues agitée de Modica. Le propiétaire est super acceuillant et bienveillant : bref, on se sentirai presque à la maison. Les petits déjeuners sont assurés dans un petit café à l'entrée de Modica, facile d'accès et proposant de vrais et bon déjeuners Siciliens. Seul point ne permettant pas de donner la note maximale : la faible insonorisation des chambres, on entend presquez tout ce qui se passe dans la maison. "
