"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. "Likes: We were able m the 6th floor and most of our 4 nights the other floors were full of coach parties and most of them were kids. Despite that, the room was quiet. Room was clean and was well kept every day by housekeeping. Mini fridge in the room. Dislikes: Minor, but a lack of electric sockets without having to in plug something else first. Again minor, When you first arrive (in the area around the Hotel) you think OMG look at the graffiti and the rubbish, but we found that it is a very nice friendly area and that most of the Rome suburbs look like this."

"Lovely hotel with a great breakfast. Far, though, from the Termini and many Rome sites. Closely shopping plaza with great food store if needed; Sfornabonta cafe also there - espresso, pastries, and gelatti! A bit difficult to figure out the bus lines but the tram/streetcars are a little harder. The buses do mostly have a video screen showing the stops. The metro, though, is great; 1.50 euros for a 100 minute card (only one Metro usage). Nice hotel and staff, a bit far from sites, though. "

"This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! At check out, I informed the reception, but she was not even sure what number to call reception."

"I would like to share with you the best experience i had at this hotel , the staff 10/10 helpful, friendly and extremely professional. They gave me a beautiful 3 nights and the breakfast is tasty, the receptionist helped me with my bags, at 1am after midnight and he insist to take the bags from my wife and handle it himself, in the morning the beautiful lady with glasses prepared my coffee for the three days with a smiley face . Really enjoyed"
