The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — easily one of the highlights of our trip. A very special thank you to the owner, who went completely above and beyond for us. Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. "We had an amazing few nights in Domes Zeen. The staff are amazing - always ready to help. Breakfast choices are phenomenal and all the food cooked for lunch or dinner really tasty. The buggy makes it so easy to transport around the complex. Rooms are spotless and well maintained. We would return anytime . Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"We stayed just prior to the beginning of high tourist season, but the only things not available were tours. The location off the main road and near a smaller less-crowded beach makes it feel very private. Our junior suite was roomy, exceptionally clean, well equipped, and had a huge private balcony. Three pools(one heated), spa gym, hairdresser and even mail salon! We opted for the all-inclusive package - the food was varied and delicious. It’s a small resort so there is only one all-inclusive restaurant (the buffet) and one a la carte venue. We especially enjoyed the Cretan, Fish, and Italian theme nights. The all-inclusive alcoholic drinks were different than in Western Hemisphere all-inclusives in that there were less options and no brand names, but there was always a large variety of juices. The resort is very popular among young families, and has a large Danish clientele. We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions."

"What a fantastic hotel in a great location, within walking distance of Chania Harbour, The Old Town, Shops, Restraunts & the Market too! Our room on the top floor was immaculately clean, thoughtfully laid out, had a comfortable bed, large Shower room, balcony & Superb Sun Lounge area to boot! The cleaning staff did a fabulous job of ensuring everything was clean & the room was made up each day, whilst the kitchen staff laid out a wonderful, great value, buffet style, breakfast each morning. The Reception Staff were helpful & friendly & ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Samantha in particular went out of her way to recommend places to eat, which really helped us to choose from dozens of Cafes, Restaurants & eateries to enjoy Chania's culinary delights! We really couldn't have chosen a better hotel, thank you everyone at Morum City Hotel for making our stay so wonderful & memorable! 5*s!! "
