Home away from home

This property surpasses all others in terms of cleanliness, hospitality, friendliness, convenience, location, pricing etc. We had such a wonderful experience that we are going back next year for 5 weeks. We have found our winter home.

Fantastic Local Flavor Resort Right on the Beach!

I've stayed in Las Terrenas many times and know if fairly well, but never stayed here till this last trip in early December 2019. I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised, especially for the value. Rooms are clean, kitchen is well equipped for short stays, the bedrooms are air-conditioned, spacious bathroom and nice front porch with rockers and dining table. And the restaurant that is on the property, La Dolce Vita, is one of my favorite in LT, so it was nice to walk 100 feet from the room to dinner. Love it and would gladly stay there again.

I was not able to stay at the property because they did not have a room available. They were disrespectful and rude about the whole situation, they tried to charge me extra for a different room than the one I had reserved.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location close to the beach and town was perfect . The swimming pool was clean and a good size for swimming. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant but one drawback

only negative was it was impossible to lock all sliding doors and windows.. so anyone could just walk in if they wanted to... had no problem but!!

I've stayed here many times over the past few years nice apart hotel clean and comfortable very basic no frills at least now has flat screen TV with limited channels, nice pool and the best restaurants in Las terrenas recently remodeled. Directly a cross the beach but better walk a few hundred yards to the right or left to have more space and deeper waters for good swimming. Overall great place close to everything you can walk to the center of town shopping etc.. A couple blocks, safe and plenty of restaurants on the same roads at other hotels also. Good deal if under 100 dollars a night.

The whole time I was there they was working on the restaurant from 7 am to 5 pm in front of my apartment. The place was old and not cleaned.

Perfect apt hotel resort small, clean and well appointed kitchen, great service poor wifi, great location walking distance to center of town and across the street to the beach perfect beach great on site restaurant. Great rate have stayed here before and its always a pleasant stay.

Esta un poco anticuado, la nevera muy bien, y el baño también, pero la cocina está vieja y la habitación también. Es tranquilo y el jardín muy bonito y cuidado, lo mejor la ubicación, justo delante de la playa.

Nice residential property. Clean and well taken care of. Sea is on the other side of the street. Personal was nice except on Sunday where the man working at the desk was always on his phone and he didn’t like to be disturbed. But we needed water and so we did ask one more time and he accepted to give it to us. Room was nice and we found everything to make corde upon arrival and fresh water in the fridge. Also small flowers were distributed in the rooms. Nice.

Clean Room and Great Location

The hotel staff was very pleasant. We arrived early and allowed us to check in. The room was clean, the water pressure was excellent, the pool was great, and we had a nice lunch at the restaurant. The only issue in the room was that the air conditioner was a little noisy but otherwise worked fine. This is a good alternative for a short stay to a large chain hotel.

Very nice hotel and location

The hotel is in front of the sea. You can walk to the Punta popy Beach. If you have a car you can drive to coson beach, playa bonita, portillo Beach. Each beach less than 20 minutes away.

Pleasant hotel with good facilities for the price.

When I booked a room at this hotel I didn't realise I would be getting a mini-apartment with private outdoor space, a kitchen/diner, bedroom and bathroom. A nice touch was flowers dotted around. The kitchen was well equipped. I didn't try the restaurant in the evening but it seemed fairly popular. Breakfast was better than I was expecting.

Excellent place to stay at a moderate price. Many entertainment options available... various beaches close by and an excellent kept pool onsite... The restaurant on premises is a bit pricey but other less expensive options are available close by. secure gate for the parking lot and an include safe on your room are a plus...
