"Me and my family stayed at this beautiful hotel from 02/15/24-02/19/24. The apartment was spacious, clean with a breathtaking view of the Samana Bay. We were able to spot lots of whales out of our balcony!! The beds were cozy and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this place for everyone and would definitely come back here some day. Special thanks to the manager Freddy, Alejandro receptionist for the smooth check in/out and for everything! "

"Old facilities, but the pool and beach were great, nice hotel staff. If you are looking for some place cheap, front beach and with great pool, this is the place. "

"Pool is chlorine free, they use a salt treatment for the pool, great for kids and adults. Place was quiet and peaceful. "

"This is a real beach get away, there is not so much around but that adds to the tranquility of the area. If you need to just get away from the crowds and enjoy the coast this is a wonderful place. The jungle apartment also was incredible, we would spend an hour just watching the wildlife on the tree that runs through the building. Of course being in the jungle environment means jungle animals so be warned there will be some big looking spiders. "

"Amare is a beautiful complex 3 minutes from the sea. The staff is friendly, professional and responsive. The property is immaculate. The spa is joyful. I would stay there again."

"Very beautiful place. Also pretty quiet except one weekend nights when locals showed up. Very good amenities. The Italian chef made the only memorable food we had in Samana. The only problems where: you had to pay for cleaning everyone, not enough shampoo etc and the check-in was pretty awkward."
