The bulding is fairly close to downtown so walking is easy, ther are a lot of convenience stores around also a lot of restaurants, the place was really nice, very spacious and clean, and is self check in and it was easy.

Check-in is done all by the app. There is nobody on site. So check in dead take some time and the property is in a lower class neighborhood which if my husband was not with me, I would not have felt safe. It also took some time for check-in because you have to download a picture of yourself as well as your passport.

Good value for the money

This is essentially a Airbnb-type property, not a real hotel. Nobody on site, but you can get in touch with remote staff via Whatsapp. Very clean, new, well-built. Room very spacious and comfortable. All equipment is high quality, new, fully functional. Some drawbacks: no human reception, if the electronic code not work -- what should one do? Also security concerns without any reception. No door locks to close from inside, no deadbolt, no latches. No safe box. No microwave to reheat any purchased food. No cooking facilities other than a coffee pot. No decent restaurants nearby (there is a MacDonald). Location: easy 25 min walk from the central train station and to the nearest tourist attractions. Otherwise it is a plain, unremarkable, safe neighborhood filled with large utilitarian stores, light industry and offices. Well priced compared to very expensive lodging in Salzburg.

Acceso y portal sin visibilidad desde la calle, bajos ocupados por una entidad bancaria que es lo único que si tiene visibilidad. Indicador muy pequeño, apenas visible de día, ausencia total de personal. Servicio de limpieza inexistente, ninguno de los días se hizo la habitación. Se anuncia como hotel, pero no lo es, se trata de un apartamento bien equipado y sin presencia alguna de personal.

Não tem frigobar, nem pia, nem talheres, nem lixeira. As amenidades são apenas sabonete liquido. Mas é próximo de supermercados e restaurantes e tem uma lojinha 24h do outro lado da rua. Com o ônibus na esquina, chega-se ao centro histórico e estação central.

Fint rum, med bra bussförbindelser, men var där i 5 nätter och under den tiden blev inte den trasiga hissen reparerad, jobbigt att gå upp för trapporna till våning 5 med en tung resväska. Städningen sådär. Bra med vattenkokare och nespressomaskin på rummet.

Sorry einfach unbrauchbar - hatten keine Email erhalten zum Anmelden. Es war auch nirgends eine Telefonnummer angeschlagen zum Nachfrage. Erst dank ein paar anderen Gästen kamen wir zu einer Nummer. Schlussendlich dauerte es dann fast eine Stunde bis wir einen Code erhielten. Das System versagte schon kläglich beim einlesen der ID-Ausweise. Völlig unbrauchbar. Dazu ist dies keine eigentliches Hotel sondern mehr eine Online Room Vermietung. Unbrauchbar und abgelegen im Nirvana

Rein digitales Hotel. Keine Person vor Ort

Alles rein digital. Keine Rezeption, Keine Ansprechperson vor Ort, kein Parkplatz, kein Frühstück. Man bekommt vorab eine separate Email von Limehome zur Anmeldung inkl. EinlassCode. Leider habe ich diese E-Mail nicht bekommen. Auch nicht im Spam Ordner. Zudem wurde das von Hotels.com auf der Hotelangebotsseite nicht klar kommuniziert. Zur Anmeldung muss ein Ausweisdokument abfotografiert werden. Davon war ich wenig begeistert. Auch war der Hoteleingang sehr schwer zu finden. Va. abends. Die Zimmer liegen auf der 3. bis 5. Etage. Meines war im 5., was zugleich der letzte Stock unterhalb dem Dach darstellt. Zimmer war im Mai recht warm. Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Wer das alles weiß und auf die Kritikpunkte wenig wert legt findet ein Hotelzimmer das sehr sauber und groß ist. Es scheint auch alles sehr neu. Und der Preis ist dadurch sehr angenehm. Man kann wie immer alles haben.
