The front desk staff was some of the friendliest we had experienced in Europe. The proximity next to the train station, a shopping mall, and multiple restaurants were additional bonuses. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very accommodating allowing us to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. If I had been traveling by myself, the group of people sitting and drinking outside the hotel would have been a concern. Location was amazing and the staff were great.

The best part about the hotel is that it’s next to a train station and the bus depot with nearby shops and restaurants. While it’s next to a train station, it’s quiet inside and you don’t feel any vibrations from the trains or buses. The hotel is transitioning to new management so I hope they refresh the place and improve their service. The biggest problem we had was the thick winter blanket and a semi-working AC so we wake up in a sweat every night. The head of housekeeping offered a fan as there’s nothing more they can do. The towels are thin and there’s no shampoo nor iron. It’s ok if u need a night or two by the train station. Otherwise, look for another hotel or another area to stay in. If I go back, I would consider other hotels.

It’s four stars hotel only for location. It’s just one minute from the central station, markets, and bakeries and two minutes from the bus stop for so many bus routes. There are two shower heads, but no switch for others. I had to bend my knees to shower with dropping cold water from other shower head. The water didn’t drain well in shower booth. I had to keep turning on and off to drain. Slow WiFi before 11 pm, only one elevator working for customers, and tiny space for reception area. I can’t believe why it’s four stars hotel.

The front desk staff were great and very helpful. Everything else went very very well and the view at the breakfast station was excellent. The food during breakfast was very good.. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking and the bus station provided access to the mountains, the lakes and spaces around the city.
