Ótimo local
O apartamento é muito bem localizado e bem equipado, tem ferro de passar, secador, cafeteira, etc.. igualzinho as fotos. O predio parecia novo e estava sempre tudo limpo nas areas comuns, piscina, academia mto boas. A caução tambem foi devolvida após a solicitação.
O unico "problema" é que as vezes subia um cheiro forte nos ralos do banheiro, nao sei se é problema de esgoto do local ou da cidade mesmo. De resto foi otimo
