In my apartment, could smell the stench from wash basin, it was as if l was smelling sewerage. It had the same smell of the street down below after heavy rain. The odour coming from the hand wash basin, meant l had to keep the door of the bathroom closed at all times. Evertime l opened the door, l was greeted with an overwhelming smell. My next issue was with the windows of the apartment, which had a gap at the ends where the air of the outside was entering the apartment, plus it allowed the street noises down below to be more prevalent. Also, on windy days, the windows rattled, making sleep difficult. At least the front security was awesome.
