"The rooms floor was not cleaned had to sweep the sand off stayed for 4 days with no room service had to go to front desk to get clean towels front desk said they didn’t have enough help to clean since COVID that was in 2021 that’s a poor excuse for not cleaning the rooms "

"Our rental was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The property had much to offer as far as activities and things to do. The broken heater to the indoor pool limited our swimming, since the cold outside air was blowing through via the vent fans in the ceiling. Our refrigerator didn't cool our food and drinks very much, nor the freezer produced ice for us."

"I used to stay at this hotel monthly. I have since moved to the area and now when my family come to visit they stay here. The elevator never works which is really inconvenient trying to get kids up and down from the top floor several times a day. I am not sure why they would even use the rooms on the top floors knowing the elevator doesn't work or is on the brink of not working. Other than that breakfast is great. The staff is great. It's just the elevators! "

"This was a beautiful brand new hotel. The balcony looking out over the Marina was a gorgeous view. The buffet breakfast had soo many choices and it was all fresh and made in-house. All the staff we encountered were very nice. Would absolutely stay here again!"
