"It was definitely not a good experience.
From the moment we checked in, the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested. They simply handed us the keys without providing any information about the hotel facilities, the location of the common areas, or any basic orientation. When we asked for a map or layout of the hotel, they said they didn’t have one.
On the first day, we noticed a strange smell in the room, but since we were out all day, we didn’t pay much attention to it. The next day, the smell had become unpleasant. Checking, we found rotten fruit inside the trash can. In general, the room had a bad odor, similar to sweat or used shoes.
We called reception to request a clean trash can. To our surprise, they returned the same one,they had only removed the fruit, but hadn’t cleaned it at all, so the bad smell remained.
Additionally, the bathroom fan didn’t work. The daily room cleaning left a lot to be desired. If you plan to use the laundry area, be aware that the dryers don’t function properly ,our clothes came out damp even though we didn’t fill the machine to its maximum capacity. When I went to the front desk to get change for coins, the night shift staff member said they couldn’t do it because they were having trouble opening the coin box. They also don’t sell detergent at the hotel shop, which would be very useful for guests.
The only positive thing is that the pool hours are quite generous. However, when we turned on the jacuzzi, the chlorine smell was strong+unconfort"
