"I had such a beautiful stay at this hotel—honestly, it felt like a hidden gem. The Spanish-style interior design was absolutely stunning, with so many charming details that made the space feel warm and inviting. I especially loved all the greenery throughout the property—it gave everything a peaceful, almost magical vibe. The landscaping was gorgeous, and having both an indoor and outdoor pool made it feel like a little oasis. Being right in front of the beach was the cherry on top—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. I stayed in a corner room, which was super spacious and comfortable. It really elevated the whole experience. I also recommend dining at the hotel—the bar had a great atmosphere, and the food was genuinely good. Overall, I had such a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway."

"Complimentary breakfast is chilaquiles and coffee (red better than green). There are other options for purchase. Food service for breakfast and lunch at the pool was very slow. But it was tasty. First day was given cold coffee. Was fixed. Room was very clean. The hotel is beautiful. Their replies via whatsapp are very fast. Pool and jacuzzi were nice."

"Rooms not that great"

"The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive. I wish we would have been told about all of this prior to booking, or at least at check in. That way we could have made the decision as to if that is what we were interested in or not."

"Necesita un poco más de limpieza en sus pisos. Y en el sillón que se hace cama, estaban las sábanas sucias. La bienvenida fue estupenda. El chico de recepción nos atendió muy bien."
