"Good for the cheap price. Room is average, has all that it needs, even a fridge which you usually don’t get. Breakfast was ok, had a good selection of cakes and pastries, fridge full of yoghurts and usual Scrambled egg, bacon and beans. No one at the pool due to it being so cold as in shaded area, entertainment was in resort 1 although we didn’t stick around hotel due to many things planned during our stay. It’s in a good area, not too long of a walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby. You have a choice for main beach or there’s a small beach if you go to the left, it all links up and a nice walk. Would definitely go here again for a cheap stay "

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. "The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "
