"We stayed two nights, It was a great location, quiet, away from the maddening crowd and with exceptional staff and service. Luisa made us quite welcome and introduced us to our room and facilities. The property is excellently presented, is surrounded by like properties( surrounded not crowded) They have a restaurant which has a great pizza and pasta menu, ( thoroughly recommended) Breakfast was much in line with the European norm, but with a pleasant surprise of eggs made to order. "Awesome location, great room and very friendly staff; we had to leave pre-breakfast and they made us a breakfast packet to-go w both savory and sweet.
Will stay here again!"
"The inclusive breakfast was extremely diverse and delicious! Dinner option for 40 euros and amazing choices. Very quiet with excellent views of the mountains."
"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing.
Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
"I was lucky enough to stay here for an entire week solo. They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️"

10/10 Excellent
"The room was very spacious. Had a refrigerator and a table so that we could buy a few groceries such as cold cuts, bread, wine and cheese to enjoy if we didn’t want to dine out. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. We would stay there again. "
"Very clean and new hotel. Beds were nice and firm. Staff was helpful and speaks English. The breakfast being included was helpful; lots of variety. Parking is a bit of tough and I highly recommend not going with a car. The bus is just 5 mins away and the room came with bus passes plus the cable car. There is a very nice bakery across the hotel; but most bakeries are closed on sundays so plan accordingly. "
"Extremely friendly staff, comfortable and modern rooms with motorized shades allowing for total black out and the best night of sleep. Really enjoyed my stay here .."
"Vincenzo and the other front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff, were excellent! We had a wonderful time in Bolzano and the Stadt hotel Citta made it a memorable stay. We enjoyed having cocktails every evening on the square. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
