"Room clean/water hot/breakfast buffet good./Other then a discouraging pool experience/ "Great Customer Service" We will return ! The pool water was no longer blue/ I suspect very heavy chlorination. Even though my eyes were closed. When they came in contact with the pool water, I experienced a mild burning sensation on the leading edges of my eyelids. I left the pool immediately, riced my eyes in the shower. The burning sensation went away."

"The staff were welcoming, professional and expedient. The gym amenities were quite good - I went in and the A/C was on, air well-filtered during fire season. Location was good for us, we were first-timers to Salmon Arm. Decent restaurant selection nearby. All positive. "
