"Rooms are clean. AC everywhere. The waterpark is nice but only on the weekends, during the week some attractions are closed. But overall, i would recommend and be staying there again"

"Ao chegarmos para o almoço às 11:30 hs, anotaram o nosso pedido e não nos informaram que demoraria uma eternidade. Esperamos sentados no restaurante do Hotel por duas horas e quinze minutos. Só veio as 14 hs um prato e as 14:15 o outro. Pedimos um suco e mandaram outro. Qdo reclamamos a pessoa responsável não gostou (de forma arrogante). Qdo fomos pagar, a responsável queria "exigir" (quase nos obrigar) a pagar taxa de serviço (10%) e ficou reclamando porque não quisemos pagar. Ela não pediu...
