"La ciudad , el hotel en general , la atención en la playa en frente del hotel . El guardavida ( compatriota nuestro ) amable y solícito . Un apartado para Sergio que trabaja en el front desk y habla un perfecto español ( aunque esto es lo de menos ya que se puede aprender fácilmente , lo que no es tan común es su amabilidad, eficiencia y operatividad). Las chicas del desayuno súper amables y el servicio genial. La habitación que nos tocó fue vista interna pero solo la usamos para dormir y eso estuvo bien."

"This was our first time visiting Gallipoli and what a wonderful surprise to stay at such a beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We actually decided to stay longer! The hotel grounds are beautiful and I spent time exploring the many private areas! Breakfast was good and served in a lovely terrace area. Air conditioning was nice and cold! We will definitely be back!"

"Unusual hotel that would have been amazing back in the day but now needs a lot of TLC however the rooms were clean but furniture a bit tatty. I would not consider it a 4 star hotel It would benefit from tea making facilities in the room and abolishing the single use shower gel which are so not good for the environment. It would also be nice to have a bench or table outside the room as the bar/ cafe area is not v inviting. The pool was lovely and we often had it to ourselves but needed a bit of a clean round the edges We ate in the restaurant once, the pasta was good but my spaghetti was dry and hard. This was disappointing considering it was our most expensive meal. There are however lovely local family run restaurants in the local towns only a few minutes drive away Breakfast was simple but nice. We did not have time to use the spa We enjoyed our stay despite the above but it is a bit quirky and certainly needs a lot of updating."

"This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us Valentina Daisy Maria Marianna & Ricardo Thank you all so much!! "

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lecce, and I went in with pretty high expectations since it’s a 4 star hotel. On the positive side, it was nice enough for a stay in terms of basic convenience and the general location. However, I was genuinely surprised at how dated the room felt. Everything inside seemed quite old and a bit cramped, which didn’t match the four-star expectation I had. It just didn’t have that fresh, modern feel you’d hope for in a hotel of that rating. So while it was okay for a short stay, I have to say I was a bit disappointed by how outdated the room felt overall."
