"I'm shocked by all the bad reviews for this property. The front desk was helpful when we checked in, and each of the 3 times I called down for help understanding how to keep the AC on in the room, my call was answered promptly and the person was quite helpful. The view from pur roon was beautiful and the location of the hotel is excellent. "
