"The staff, Filomena, Maria and Eugenio were super friendly and helpful all the time. The view is just amazing, just like the name of the B&B, a paradise. What was nice is that it is still a small hotel, which allows it to be very personal. The pool was a definite asset, the rooms were very comfortable, and included a little kitchen. "This place is terrific. The views are amazing and the owners are charming. Breakfast is in an ideal setting and if you’re interested in walking/hiking one has easy access to Almalfi and Minori. Locating the B&B was confusing the first time since the numbers go up and down going down the path. One should also be aware that one has to go down a lot of steps so if you have heavy bags this will be difficult."

"This hotel was in a convenient location. It was walking distances from the port, train/bus station and many rental car locations. We only had a 1 night stay to pick up or rental car before heading off. We arrived early and the hotel stored our luggage for us while we went out. The hotel is dated but comfortable. The breakfast provide was great and all the staff was lovely."

"The room was overpriced for what we received, with a nightly rate comparable to a luxury apartment in Capri. We did not feel welcome at check-in; the young lady simply stared when we approached and only gave us one key while taking two passports and checking in two people. As we walked past staff, our acknowledgments were met with scowls. The room was not well-maintained, with a lot of dust in certain areas and a bathroom in need of attention. The worst part was the shower drain, which would back up, leaving us standing in water throughout the shower. The air conditioner did not effectively cool the room. On a positive note, the location was convenient, being close to Pizzeria da Michele and Salerno train station. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet, which was a plus. At check-out, the morning receptionist was warm and kind, but she was the only welcoming person we encountered. Breakfast was included and had essentials like coffee, toast, and water."

"Fuyez Pas représentatif des photos manques d’amour besoin de rénovation. Aucune air climatisé fonctionnelle dans la chambre on nous propose un ventilateur pour compenser il faisait très chaud et ma fille sortait de l’hôpital pour choc anaphylactique et vagale donc nous voulions avoir la climatisation. Nous demandons remboursement ou changement de chambres Impossible car hôtel pleine. On nous demande d’attendre à 2 reprises 10 min qui furent inutiles car se fut 30 min laissée à nous même et refuse de Nous rembourser. Communication avec expédia car nous sommes en problématique avec hôtelier. Déception importante des mesures alternatives non respectées et impossible. Je ne recommande pas l’endroit. Fuyez"

"Cons: it sits on the top of a VERY steep hill. You can take the 68 stairs or take the steep winding road! Both options suck! Do no attempt to carry luggage on either option! We arrived by train and took a taxi the 1.2 miles to the unit. Don’t make the same mistake we did and read the 2 in 1 unit as a washer and dryer (that is how the 2 in 2 units hate). This is ONLY a washer. The kitchen/refrigerator is in a shared space. Kinda weird having your food/drinks available to others.Houskeeping only came once during our 5 day stay- ended up having to was the towels ourselves! Pro: Super secure. Gotta get through a locked do to gain access to the complex. The door to the unit is code entry- Then your room within the unit has a keyed lock! Super comfortable bed with good bedding and pillows! Nice bathroom with a great shower."

"Very spacious and clean rooms. Also spacious bathrooms. Rooms facing the sea have excellent sea view from the large balcony. Buffet breakfast is nice. About 10 minutes walk from the central train station and also 10 mins walk to the ferry terminal where you can get tickets and board boats to various sightseeing ports of Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Etc. Bus stands also nearby within few minutes walking. Lots of eateries and stores in 5 minutes walk."

"The good: The staff were helpful and the views from the room were awesome. The location is good, it is a very interesting suburb of Salerno. Public transportation was very accessible. The bad: There is no way around this but to say that the property in general is in poor shape. The shower and the tub in the room did not drain properly. The room door appeared to have problems being opened or closed, and the internal doors were likewise. The adjoining beach was not very useful because of broken glasses throughout. Finally, I stayed in countless other hotels in Europe and I can rate the breakfast quality and variety to be among the lowest tiers. General advice unrelated to the hotel: Traffic in Salerno and surrounding region is heavy, and neither trains nor buses run on time. Plan accordingly."
