"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

"The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is highly commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed having Luca as our concierge. He demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, patience, and attentiveness. It is worth mentioning that we provided gratuity to our staff throughout our stay. Borga added a gratuity to our bill, which we were able to decline, but it was still included."

"The hotel was extremely dog friendly, which was a relief for me. When youโre traveling with your service pet and youโre constantly being questioned overseas if itโs actually a service pet or if you have a lap dog it becomes anxious making all the time. So, when I walk into a beautiful hotel that welcomes you with a smile and welcomed your pet with a smile itโs such a relief!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay."

"Huge property with truly spacious rooms. Amazing terraces, basic but good breakfast buffet. (Eggs, bread, bacon, fruit, pancakes, juice) The staff was helpful and friendly specially the restaurant waitress. Definitely comong back again!"
