The Dagny Boston

The Dagny Boston

10/10 Excellent
"The Dagny has excellent customer service. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Kleenex’s, lotion, a few q-tips and cotton balls. We even had a mishap with deodorant and they were able to furnish us with a small travel size deodorant, which was very appropriated. The location of the Dagny is wonderful. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions, Walgreens, CVS, and train/ subway, and bus station. We only utilized The Tradesmen Coffee Shop and it was very convenient and the food and drinks were very good. It is busy but the line moves quickly and we were always able to get a table."

Seaport Hotel Boston

Seaport Hotel Boston

10/10 Excellent
"Great location. Safe and clean. Perfect view of the harbor. Only complaint is they need to lose the automated phone call line when trying to reach the bellman or front desk. Called for bags using their robot and it never connected to a live human. Human touch is key in customer service. So lose the automation. Took about 35 min to get a bellman to come for the bags."
