The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, the services were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The family villa I stayed in was wonderful, conveniently located near the swimming pool, and on the other side, close to the gym and spa.

We had an incredible stay at the Millenium Resort in Salalah, the staff were all incredibly hospitable and welcoming. In particular Ratan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. We will miss this place and look forward to returning in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The facilities were outstanding — I especially appreciated the full women’s gym, the pool, and the relaxing spa, all of which were excellent. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with convenient daily housekeeping that made our stay even more comfortable. The daily buffet breakfast and lunch were lovely, offering a great variety of cuisines to suit every taste. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back to this resort. Thank you for the incredible hospitality! 🙏

Nice hotel overall

The family villa is big and with all comforts. Unfortunately when we checked-in we had to call the housekeeper as we found hair and dirty corners to be cleaned properly. Also the second day we went out for a tour at 9.00am and when we came back the villa was still not clenched at 2.30pm, we had to call and ask for housekeeping again and we waited for them to finish the cleaning outside in the terrace (a bit disappointing). Overall the hotel is nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool and its facilities. The shuttle to go to the beach is punctual and 10 minutes away from a very nice beach club. The buffet is good and worth for money (approximately 25 euros for 2 people including soft drinks). Luckily to make up for the inconvenience we faced they offered us late check out on the last day.

For a resort that’s listed as a premium property it was overall disappointing. Room service staff and food was just terrible. Staff unable to take orders or get them right. Appreciate that English is not the language in this country but the non-local staff should be trained in English as that was the main way to communicate. We had to return our food a few times and the staff were visibly irritated and rude when we sent it back. Even after paying for a late checkout we had multiple phone calls to the room during the asking when we were going to leave and if we were ready to leave. Rooms had lukewarm water and when I asked the staff they said that’s as good as it gets. The actual Restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. There were a number of the front desk staff that were also very helpful. Rooms were big and beds comfortable. Paying the amount we did for this place I would expect a much higher standard of service and ability to communicate with guests.
