Everything was maintained very well! Good amenities, good staff, clean, very close to the train station and 2 convenient stores about 3 mins away. Just like any Japanese hotel it’s a bit small in space but it wasn’t a hassle at all. Another thing to note is if you’re calling the hotel there might be moments where there might be someone who speaks English (happened to us twice to call about sending over our luggage) and at the moment no one could help us. When we got there, there was at least 1 English speaker there most of the time.

Home away from home!

Everything in the hotel from staff to accomodation was great! The beds were a little tough to sleep on they were a bit hard but aside from that everything was great! Would definitely reccomend and come here again.

Good Overall

Very clean- fresh towels and trash pick up daily, cleaning every 3 or 4 days. Breakfast was good- lots of variety! Super close to the metro station. I don’t know if this will sound very American, but the bed was very, very firm and I know my husband found it very uncomfortable. It was ok for me, but not the best sleep of my life. Also- don't use the microwave with no sign sitting out in the public eating area/lobby! 😆 I got in trouble for that.

A good economical option

Pros: Clean, cost effective, quiet, and conveniently located next to a train station. A/C worked great. Free breakfast was a big plus, the food was good and filling. The staff have translator devices to help you if you don't speak Japanese. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, as well as a mini fridge. There are coin laundry machines coin dryers, vending machines, and a microwave available in the lobby. Cons: Beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Directions on cleaning were a little unclear - eventually I understood that they come by to clean every 4 days, and you can't be in the room on that day from 10 to 3 unless you tell them ahead of time to cancel or change the cleaning day. The staff prevented me from using the microwave to heat up dinner one time, I am not sure why. The coin laundry machines and dryers are ok but don't do a great job. There is only one elevator so you may have to wait a while to use it.

Clean and accessible but under construction

Going through renovations through January. Construction noise throughout the day, everyday unless it rains. Don’t expect to rest well if you’re a day sleeper.
