I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel LiveMax Asaka. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a short business trip. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location close to Asaka Station, making it easy to travel to central Tokyo. Having stayed at several Hotel LiveMax properties, I can say that this one stands out because of its friendly service and hassle-free experience. The hotel was clean and tidy. Would have appreciated a little flexibility on checking in a few minutes early, but apart from that all good and decent value.

There were so many spots that had a mold iltha t you can only find when your eye level is lower and take a bath. They can not be found when you clean up the bathroom when your eye level is high. Typically most Japanese take a bath, it can be cleaner. Also, corner of the carpet, gap between the desk and wall had a pile of dust. They are so obvious because the carpet colore is black.

アメニティを利用しなかった場合は、是非お持ち帰りをとありましたのが、驚きました。バスタブが狭かったのと、手すりがなかったので立ち上がる時に注意をしました。 お部屋の広さ、ベットは満足でした。

口コミを見る限り部屋に当たり外れがありそうです。 自分は女1人でしたが前日に申し込んだからか微妙でした（笑） 浴室はカビキラーしたいくらいカビが生えてて、浴槽は水はけが悪いのでシャワーしてるとジャブジャブになりました。 掃除しきれないので仕方ないけどレンジも匂うし、配置されてるものもホコリっぽかったです。 立地や他の部屋の感じは良さそうなので、当たればラッキーですね！

汚なすぎる！　

何度か利用しているが、過去イチ不衛生。 他の同レベルのホテルと比べても非常に不潔な部屋だった！ 机は拭いておらず汚れが残り、机と壁の間はホコリの山！ エアコンの吹き出し口もホコリだらけ！ 浴槽や洗面台も汚ない！ 浴室内カーテンにはカビが生えていた。 低料金だが不愉快！ 今まで一番汚ない部屋でした。 チェックアウト時にフロントには優しく報告しましたがやっぱり納得いかないです‥‥‥
