"Very nice air conditioned studio apartment. Very good kitchen and eating equipment plus a dish washer. Really comfortable bed and the whole apartment was very clean. I didn’t use my balcony because of the noise from the road however because the windows were double glazed and there was secondary double glazing you couldn’t hear any road noise with the windows shut."

"We arrived one day later, due to a personal problem, and to be able to contact someone at the hotel, it took 2 days. No replies to emails and messages, nor to voice messages left. Contact number on confirmation email from Hotels.com was wrong (another structure of the group) and at the right one no one responded for a full day.
