"Our hotel room was large clean and very comfortable, the shower was very good though the water overspilled the tray. We had issues with toilet cistern not refilling which was dealt with promptly. The room also had a private terrace. The air con was definitely needed as it was very hot during our stay. The staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant once - the meal was not great. "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "
