"We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."

"Room was generally clean, very basic room, it was super worth the price that we paid! Hair dryer upon request at the concierge, and the concierge was very friendly and nice. Just make sure to figure your way there earlier as bus timings are irregular, but it is 40 mins from the city which is not bad at all!!! Highly recommend. "
"Good for one night stay. Upstairs more modern then down stairs. Down stairs looked tired. Limited restaurants to eat though there were snack shacks dotted about. Would be nice to have a few restaurants and bars that were open past 7pm. It was very hot during our stay but no air con. Had to have windows open but became noisy until 11pm.
Kettle was old and the element was peeling. Not cork screw or bottle opener for any alcohol refreshments."
