"The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was not clean. There were tiny gnats dead in front of the window and in the bathroom. The room was also a bit dusty, as if it hadn't been opened / aired for a while."

"This is a very basic typical French 'near the motorway' hotel. The breakfast was very good. But you just get a room with a small bathroom. The carpet in the room was pretty grubby. But you get what you pay for."

"Very good hotel for the very good price. Lovely high ceilings and windows and all the things you need, and a comfortable bed. However no aircon which was unfortunate on the days we went, although there was a small fan. Good location, very easy to walk everywhere."

"Perfect for one night to break up our journey back to the ferry. We needed somewhere with secure off road parking as we had bikes on the back of our van.
