"We got upgraded to a fantastic room with a Mountain view. We used the spa a few times after hiking in the day, we also ate at the restaurant and drank at the bar. I would definitely stay again, all the people that worked there were always helpful. The spa facilities were good and pool , sauna etc were all at a nice hot temperature. The room itself was large and the cleaners were very thorough every day and great at stocking up the supplies. "

The hotel is conveniently located in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, just a short walk from the Bellevue cable car. The rooms were bright and clean, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room, which offered a lovely view of the surrounding area. The buffet breakfast was a nice start to the day, with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates, as it felt a bit dated in certain areas.
