"Everything sas fine "

"This hotel definitely caters to families with young children. My five-year-old and seven-year-old sons loved everything about this hotel. They were able to play on the seven-storey indoor playground beginning at 8 a.m. There were inflatable jumpy castles outside. The pool (open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays) was so warm so we could all get in right away. Old Quebec and Plains of Abraham were about a 20-minute drive away. There's also a huge mall that is less than 10 minutes away. The boys loved the balloon animals and night-time magic show. Would highly recommend for families!"

"We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The room was clean, feels renovated, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the availability of breakfast, which made mornings easy and convenient. The location was good—both safe and well-situated when traveling with a car. Overall, a great experience."

"Hotel seemed very busy but we had a seamless experience. Staff were wonderful. Everything was very clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool and hot tub (fyi: shallow end isn’t super shallow and might be a consideration for families with small children). Pool was HUGE and even though there were many guests attending the pool, it did not feel cramped. They even had a lifeguard. Rooms were very spacious. We stayed with a queen and pull out for 4 guests. They had our pull out turned down for us which was a wonderful touch. Linens were clean and fresh. Towels felt new and lovely. Our French is limited. All staff were bilingual (French and English). We will 100% be back! "
