"It's a good value for your money, and it's one of the cheapest place to stay in Ottawa that isn't a hostel. I stayed before and I'd stay again. However, before you stay, it's important to know the mattresses are not the most comfortable. They dip in the middle. There's not a lot of blankets. It's just a sheet and a thin blanket. The shower, you can't be taller than 6'3" to fit in the shower, and even then, I hope you don't have to wash your hair if you are that tall. It's pretty low and you'd have to be around 5'5" to comfortably do so. The air was hard to control in the rooms so if you have very different needs for temperature to sleep, that can be challenging. "

"The room was not very clean for a hotel of this price. One area of the carpet was wet, not sure whether it was from a pipe leaking in the floor or something similar. It was 1 °C outside that night, and the room had no heating. The bed had a light comforter, and additional blankets were nowhere to be seen. Overall, very disappointing experience. "

"L)lcArrived after 3pm and were told that room was not ready so could not check in. Was told that hotel was very full and many rooms were still not cleaned. Why are more clean staff not brought in when hotel is full up? We had a 5pm party (not in hotel. Finally got key at 4:15pm. This rush was truly unacceptable!
