"The front desk staff were very helpful, and the room was very clean. The pool boy was very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was excellent overall. The cleanliness was perfect, and the breakfast was very good. The only thing missing at breakfast was croissants, which would have been a nice addition. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. However, I would suggest creating a little more atmosphere around the pool. For example, having a pool bar with servers offering drinks, some relaxing music, and a more lively ambiance would make the experience even better. One area that could definitely be improved is the elevator service. The elevators are quite slow, and the waiting time can be long. It might be worth having the elevators inspected or serviced by Otis or another professional elevator company to improve their speed and efficiency. I also found the check-in time of 4:00 PM a little too late. If possible, a 2:00 PM check-in would be much more convenient for guests. Similarly, the 11:00 AM check-out feels a little too early. A 12:00 PM check-out would provide a more comfortable experience. Overall, we had a very good stay, and with a few improvements, the hotel could offer an even better experience to its guests."

The hotel’s location is ideal—conveniently close to key attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. The dining options were also excellent, offering a variety of delicious choices with great service. What truly stood out was the level of hospitality. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, which made the stay feel personal and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant overall experience. I look forward to returning again!"

"The room was very clean and well organized. Although it was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, it was beautiful, stylish, and very romantic. It gave us a truly unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely stunning. We fell in love with it and enjoyed every moment of the breathtaking scenery. There were only a few minor issues. The washing machine and especially the dryer were not working properly (laundry detergent must be purchased separately). The glass shower leaked from the bottom, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor after every shower. In addition, there was no new sponge provided for washing the dishes. Despite these small issues, they did not take away from the beauty, cleanliness, romantic atmosphere, or the incredible view. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again."
