"I booked last minute to stay here and the pictures looked ok on hotels.com. In reality, it was my worst experience checking in and when I eventually got the key to my room (ROOM 1) it was in the worst condition I've ever experienced. I waited 45 minutes whilst the hotel guy spoke in Arabic (he told another guest he was speaking in Arabic so I haven't guessed) to his colleagues/other person behind the desk. After 30 minutes of him coming and going and no room forthcoming I asked again what was happening. He said they were waiting for my room. Another guy then negotiated a cash price for a room and was promptly given a key. My key came after 45 minutes - I asked if my room was clean to which he replied yes!!!! In between the chaos other guests upped and left the hotel - it looked like in desperation. Once I got to my room I found unmade, slept in beds covered in urine. I have pictures to support this. I stayed in the room for less than a minute and immediately checked out. The hotel staff were not bothered in the slightest as they had my money. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. IT IS NOT A HOTEL"

"Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor. Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter. Tired."
