The building is older looking on the outside bit inside is very fresh and clean. Rooms were nice, gym is very well equipped, Eclipse has good food and staff very good.

friendly and efficient staff, nice overnight stay. Shuttle was on schedule. Perfect for transitting YUL. Room needs update, the office chair was worn and the bathroom sink was crank. Other than that it was good. Breakfast was simple but good

I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to pay attention to me while staff just continued their conversation. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked away and came back and said “excuse me” to get them to pay attention to me. Not a great first interaction.
