"Two black marks against my name on our arrival as we arrived a whole 5 mins before time - and I perched on a stool in the hallway to say hello to the dog to be told I mustn’t sit on the stool as it’s an antique!! Welcome !! The breakfast was pretty basic - and we had to pre-order the one pastry that we were entitled to - it was placed in a dish on the buffet table, but we weren’t supposed to touch it until it was served to us ... Top Saint-Symphorien-des-Monts Hotel Reviews

Ducey Appart'hôtel

8/10 Good

"The communication was done by telephone, which cost us euro 15 per day."

Les Bruyères du Mont

10/10 Excellent

"Cute property in a relaxing rural setting. This place was a great value and a welcome change from staying in hotels in busy areas. Host is very ecologically conscious. Great breakfast! Bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean and crisp from being line dried. Would have enjoyed having one more day here."

Brit Hotel Piscine & Spa - Fougères

8/10 Good

"The hotel was conveniently located for our stop off around Mont St Michel. The hotel and room were both in immaculate condition. We didn't make use of the spa as we thought it pretty expensive for just a 1 hour slot, but that was our choice, rather a reflection on the spa itself."

ibis Avranches Baie du Mont Saint Michel

10/10 Excellent

"This property is near two places that I can only recommend. One is obvious, Mount saint Michel. I left the hotel early and arrived at the Abbey at around 7:30 AM, way before all the masses of tourists and had a nice time exploring the town. The Abbey opens at 9 o’clock and despite all the tourists it actually was still enjoyable. The other place was a small town called Avranches. It is quite quaint, on top of a mountain, a beautiful garden from which you have a far away look onto the Abbey of Mount saint Michel. I’m beautiful churches, I had a really good dinner and they were plenty of choices. The hotel was in perfect location."
