We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. "While the surrounding area is "meh" the hotel itself is a five-star property in my book. In fact if this hotel was anywhere else it WOULD be a five star hotel. Brand new facility, amazing rooms and good breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful and very accommodating, especially Ocean during check-in. With this being an essentially brand new hotel they have some kinks to work out with the parking situation but the parking and rooms are VERY secure. Close proximity to the train station and Annecy city center is walkable from the location. If I find myself in Annecy again will definitely stay at Hotel La Chappel!"
