"Excellent location in Lourdes, close to the Shrine, restaurants and shops. Super nice for only 4 stars. Clean neat and modern. Large comfortable lounge with a bar. Definitely recommend"

"Clean room. Basic breakfast (European style - croissants, bread, cold cut meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price."

"Lovely spacious room with a great view. Unfortunately the air conditioning was going but not at all effective and for a couple of nights we had to open all the windows all night to stay cool. A ceiling fan would have been a better option than the aircon. Kitchen area very dated and not completely clean but usable. There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."

"This was our first time to stay this hotel B&B as it is close to gare de Lourdes (train station); It is good location close to train station, and within 13 ...15 minutes walking to the St. Michael Gate of the Sanctuaire Notre Dame de Lourdes. Or you can take bus L5 the hotel to or from the sanctuary. After 17 years we revisit Lourdes, France."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
