Très beau lieu

Très bel hôtel, sécurisé, propre . L’espace piscine est agréable mais à rénover ( manque des carreaux de carrelages) . Je recommande cependant cet hôtel . Personnel très agréable

Langer verblijf

We verbleven in dit hotel voor 11 nachten. Het ontvangst aan de balie was zeer hartelijk. De kamer was netjes maar tijdens het verblijf is het bed maar drie keer ververst geweest wat wat weinig is vond ik. Handdoeken werden wel correct vervangen. Goed dat je een apart toiletje hebt. Kamer was goed van grootte. De accommodatie/bar aan het zwembad was goed maar de service was soms traag. Het zwembad is wel dringend aan vernieuwing toe want hier en daar al wat tegeltjes die ontbraken. Genoeg ligstoelen aanwezig. Het is een hotel die prijs/kwaliteit wel in orde was aangezien je ook wel in het golfgebied van de Côte d’azur zit. Ruime parking ( maar mag wat heraangelegd worden) In de omgeving van het hotel een marktje aanwezig met een goede bakker, supermarktketen met heel lekker fruit! Maar we zouden zeker teruggaan naar dit hotel.

Experience mitigée, hotel à rafraichir

Nous avons passé une sejour de 4 nuits en famille dans cet hotel situé dans la quartier huppé de Valescure, au milieu des pins. Notre avis est mitigé, la suite familiale était spacieuse et confortable avec un mini bar gratuit (soft) réapprovisionné tous les jours. L'accueil à la réception est satisfaisant et professionnel. La restauration et le personnel qui gère le service n'est pas du tout au niveau d'un 4* : attente interminable pour des plats peu complexes, carte sans intérèt, peu de confort et emplacement vieillot, responsable peu agréable. La piscine a clairement besoin d'une refection complète (carreaux manquants, dalles brisées, pas de decoration) et peu d'espace pour que les enfants puissent avoir pied. Terrain de tennis non entretenu (tapis d'epines de pin non rétirés). En bref, nous avons l'impression que cet hotel vit sur son emplacement et qu'il ne fait plus l'objet d'investissement ou de créativité.
