"Hotel is unique. Common areas are gorgeous. However rooms are disappointing. We booked a queen deluxe river view. The room was small, but you gave to realize that they have to do with the way it was built. The windows are small and you need to get close enough to see the river, but again it is an old building. I think it might be worth just one night, but the value is not there. Staff was extremely nice and friendly though."

"When we first arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was unfortunately quite difficult. We had accidentally booked this hotel, thinking it was the one with the kids’ water park. Since there are four hotels with very similar names, it can be understandably confusing. The front desk agent who checked us in came across as cold and abrupt. She was brief in her responses, barely answered the questions we had, and did not make us feel particularly welcome. The interaction left such a poor first impression that we considered leaving the hotel right away. However, once we entered our room, our experience changed completely. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Every other staff member we encountered, especially the housekeeping team, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was wonderful. The indoor pool area was amazing and had a beautiful tropical atmosphere that our family really enjoyed. Overall, we are grateful that we chose to stay, as the majority of our experience was very positive. Our only recommendation would be for the hotel to ensure that the front desk provides a warmer, more welcoming first impression, as it truly sets the tone for a guest’s stay."
