"We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "We spent 7 nights at Le Chalet and we would go back, it was a very nice stay, the apartment is spacious, the SPA is nice, only complain is that the swimming pool should be warmer! great hotel to explore Les 3 Vallees. "

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve."

"Great stay, new property, amazing staff, personalised service! Would definitely recommend. Anyone I encountered from Reception to bar and restaurant staff was excellent and went out of their way to look after me. Pool facilities were excellent and clean! Will come back many more times!"
