We had a large, clean room with everything we needed for our overnight stay. The hotel was a short walk to bars and restaurants. We chose to eat at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, this was a great stay.

Great breakfast and kind staff. The walls are paper thin however, and a noisy neighbor made for a very disrupted sleep. The beds need improvement in comfort but the room was clean. The “gym” is very limited.

Fantastic stay on our way down from Calais.

We stayed in Saint Omer after arriving in Calais earlier that day. We were so impressed with the staff and the room. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient when I attempted French (but luckily they spoke English perfectly). There was a very personal (especially the dog treats and little note) feel despite being a big chain. We would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

This hotel stood out because of the service, the front of house staff were all amazing, friendly, helpful and effective. It’s in a great location, quiet and within easy walking distance of the town. We were on a cycling weekend and there was an excellent secure cycle storage room.

Good hotel

Very friendly service, good condition hotel, nice breakfast, but all slightly tarnished by the faint (and it was faint but it was there) sewage smell in the room
