"The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick..."

"The Richmond is not a 4 star property in the US or a European sense, meaning it does not have tastefully bland art on the walls or bath products with mystical Thai names. However, it is located across the street from Echmiadzin and within a few blocks of most other attractions. The property is scrupulously clean. You get complimentary toothbrush and razor in the room.
