Personnel accueillant, cadre magnifique. La chambre simple est basique mais confortable et la salle de bain serait plus efficace en salle de douche. Le restaurant offre des produits du terroir mais est trop cher pour la qualité.

Accueil peu chaleureux, chambre humide sentant le moisi. Wifi ne fonctionne pas malgré code indiqué sur le livre d'informations de la chambre, lavabo cassé, lampe déficiente, etc. Les alentours sont jolis mais nous n'avons pas été motivé pour prolonger notre séjour.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© piquĂ©s par une araignĂ©e pendant la nuit qui nous a laissĂ©s une trentaine de boutons sur le corps. Le restaurant le soir ne cassait pas trois pattes Ă  un canard, le filet de bƓuf n’était pas saignant mais bleu et les prix Ă©taient Ă©levĂ©s : 28€ le plat et le plateau de fromages.

Better than anticipated!

Had some reservations as this hotel has had some mixed reviews however it is a good grand house hotel, very French which is not surprising, and a little bit tired in places but some lovely common rooms, the breakfast was fine and our room was very comfortable with good views over the valley. Wifi in the room was not however very good, perhaps due to the thick stone walls or the lack of broadband width?

Bel endroit à rénover

Cet Ă©tablissement semble par endroit avoir besoin de petites rĂ©novations ou finitions et amĂ©liorations. Pb de fermetures de la porte donnant sur la terrasse extĂ©rieure, les volets ne sont pas assez occultants, les wc bougent, la tĂȘte de lit et table de nuit endommagĂ©es et rĂ©parĂ©es trop sommairement au lieu d’etre RemplacĂ©e : table de nuit en pente ! ProblĂšme de chauffage : certaines parties ddl’etab sont trĂšs froides, et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre la nuit, l’air du dehors passait par la porte de la terrasse qui ne fermait pas complĂštement.

Chambre supérieure confortable ( ameublement moderne ) , assez grande et bien équipée Séjour agréable dans un cadre reposant , fleuri et authentique . Bon accueil. Beau salon , salle à manger avec terrasse donnant sur jardin Petite piscine Restauration du soir uniquement avec une succulente viande de Salers et un trÚs bon fromage de Salers .Belle carte de vins . Prix un peu élevé et on peut regretter une carte un peu limitée. Buffet de petit déjeuner plutÎt bien garni

Recommended For Foodies!

This was an overnight stay en route to elsewhere, it's in a small quiet village on a hill, so a walk up to the church gave lovely views but was quite steep. This is a place for food and wine lovers, the dinner was memorable as was the recommended Gaillac white wine - but some might find the menu a bit pricey. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Room was more than adequate, we had a very comfortable night and would recommend this hotel especially to foodies!

Perfect

Cannot praise enough. Idyllic setting, beautiful establishment, charming host and staff, comfortable spacious room with incredible outlook. Menu not enormous but the cooking is devine, much fruit and vegetables from their own grounds. Very pleasant and private outdoor pool and facilities and sun terrace. Large grounds in which to wander. Cannot wait to go back.
