"Clean and the staff were great. Only small issues was our room shower head barely worked and the room only had 1 towel. When you reserve a room you have to identify how many people are in the room so going to get more towels shouldn’t happen. I talked to the cleaner about the shower head and she was awesome in letting me know she would tell maintenance. Also no continental breakfast. But there is a Starbucks across the street."

"This was a very quaint and well appointed motel with an incredible view!! It was only a 5 minute drive to Peggy's Cove lighthouse from here. The owners were exceptionally welcoming! I would definitely stay here again."

"The free breakfast was excellent, there was also a lovely Nespresso bar. There had a mini Nespresso in each room with a variety of pods. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and up to date. The shampoo and conditioner were plentiful and good quality. The staff was very friendly"

"It is a beautiful place but unfortunately way too many steps to get to use the outdoor pool And way too much walking and again steps to access the indoor pool for those like myself with mobility issues. I was very disappointed that I was unable to use the pools, they were beautiful. The place itself is beautiful but it could be made more accessible for people with mobility issues. Even to access some of the outside game areas it would be nice if there was a golf cart or some other method of transport to be used to go up snd down to play the games. I would have liked to have been able to use all the facilities without worry. Another thing you might address for your own protection as well as that of the guests is regarding the lovely new showers that are installed. They do have a railing that you can hold on to but the smooth floor is very slippery when wet and there are no bath mats or some kind of texture on the floors to make them safer."

"We loved the location and the veranda where we sat with a drink after dinner watching the harbor and people watching. A whimsical place with super friendly people. The room was also very nice with a very comfortable bed and good pillows which are hard to find. I’d return in a heartbeat,"
