"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "Check-in: very long delay. Staff member very disinterested. Gave us no wi-Fi info, seemed not to hear query on how to get back from rental cars. Cards placed in white envelope. Room HOT upon entry. AC struggled to cool the room. Rug was stained. Tissue box fell off the wall. Broken tile in bathroom at skirting board. Shower door could not fully close. Of the 3 lifts, one was inoperable for both days. We were on the 8th floor, so meant long waits. A particular lack of attention to detail, and customer care, especially for a Hilton."

"It’s so sad to see negative comments in the reviews for this hotel. This is a 3star and people expect 5star service. For us, it was just perfect! 👌 We stayed here for our trip to Disney. The closer you stay for Disney the more expensive it gets. This place was great. Close to Disney. Convenient. Very reasonable on price too. It was clean, neat, tidy and Fresh. A great sized bathroom, bedroom and also a kitchenette area. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. The bus goes to Disney and it’s around €2.50. The Uber also goes and it’s around €12. Uber takes 10 min whilst bus takes 25min. A really simple treck to Disney. We also went to Paris from here. You get the bus right outside the hotel, straight to the train station. It costs around €8 and takes about an hour. This hotel is very conveniently located and is a great stay if highly recommend it if you’re going to Disney. There is also a great breakfast place 1 min walk away . Thank you for looking after us. 💫"
