We would not stay here again. Half the staff is rude and unhappy. Gave us a hard time about stocking the fridge. Refused to stock in one day. Didn’t leave coffee 2 out of 4 days. Overall not happy with the hotel at all

RIU Palace Adults only is my favorite place to vacation. Staff is amazing. Genuinely kind, authentic staff who are fun, remember you, interact well, make you feel welcome, comfortable and valued. Laid back environment perfect for relaxing vacation.

Internet was bad, lots of mosquitoes and claimed no continental breakfast because of last year Melissa storm. I felt it should have been taken off advertisement since you knew you weren't going to provide breakfast. Also, had difficulty reaching them by phone.
