Miles on reception was extremely welcoming and efficient which made a difference after a long day of travelling in horrible weather. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. Great location for restaurants, shopping and the ferry terminals

The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time.
